1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application or service published by 1865 Free Money ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

These terms apply to all applications published by 1865 Free Money, including but not limited to:

• RecipePilot - AI-powered recipe assistant
• Other applications as listed in app stores under 1865 Free Money

2. Description of Services

1865 Free Money provides mobile applications and related services that may include AI-powered features, content generation, meal planning, and other functionality. Our Services may offer both free and premium subscription tiers with varying features and capabilities.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Options

Premium features may be available through subscription plans. Specific pricing and subscription options vary by application and are displayed within each app. Current subscription options for RecipePilot include:

• Monthly subscription: $4.99 per month
• Annual subscription: $29.99 per year

3.2 Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will automatically be charged for the subscription plan you selected. Trial eligibility is determined by the app store and may be limited to one trial per user.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

3.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

3.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle after the change takes effect.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the applications
• Not use the Services to transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content
• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Not share your subscription access with others
• Not use automated systems or bots to access the Services

5. AI-Generated Content

Our applications may use artificial intelligence to generate content, suggestions, and recommendations. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
• You should exercise your own judgment and verify important information
• For recipes and cooking advice, you are responsible for considering food allergies, dietary restrictions, and food safety practices
• We are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from following AI-generated content
• AI features may change or be updated without notice

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by 1865 Free Money and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using our Services. By creating content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process that content as necessary to provide the Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 1865 FREE MONEY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1865 Free Money and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by deleting the application and cancelling any active subscriptions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice within the application or on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1865 Free Money regarding the use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements.
