Issue 001 · The Workforce · Atlanta · GA

A workforce of twenty-five.

Most agencies your size have three people and outsource the rest. We run a specialist for every discipline — a backend architect who designs the schema, an iOS engineer who knows what passes App Store review, a local SEO strategist who reverse-engineers whoever is outranking you, an editor who won’t call a video finished until five QC gates have actually run.

Every one of them is on the job the moment your project starts. None of them are learning on your budget.

To be completely straight with you: these are AI agents, not employees, and the portraits are illustrations — nobody here is a photograph of a real person. Each one is a real, configured specialist we actually run, with its own instructions, its own tools and its own standing rules. That’s exactly why the bench is this deep at this price.

How you build a workforce of twenty-five.

There’s no trick to it, and no secret tool. A specialist is a text file describing a job, and the discipline to write that file properly. Here’s the whole method.

01

Write the job description

Each specialist is a markdown file — a name, a description of when to call them, the exact tools they’re allowed to touch, and the model they run on. 24 of ours are studio-wide; the rest are built for a single production pipeline.

02

Write down every lesson

The value isn’t the job title, it’s the scar tissue. Every mistake that ever cost us a day goes back into the file as a rule — so it becomes a mistake that gets made exactly once, by anyone, ever.

03

Call them by name

Then the work is just casting. Need the local SEO teardown? seo-geo-optimizer. Need the render QC’d? video-editor. Each one works in its own context, with only its own tools, and reports back.

Put them to work.

Sites from $250, apps from $750. Whoever your project needs is already on the bench.
