New rooftops, new service calls: claiming Sugar Hill early

Sugar Hill is adding rooftops fast. The momentum around The Bowl and the EpiCenter district is pulling new households into every corner of the city, and every one of those homes is a future service call. For an HVAC company, planting a flag now means owning Sugar Hill's repair and replacement searches before the market gets crowded. The build does the claiming: per-neighborhood service pages, LocalBusiness schema, and a Google Business Profile aligned to match, plus the conversion basics of a sticky emergency tap-to-call, lead forms that reach your dispatcher in seconds, and financing displayed where replacement decisions get made. We're ten minutes away in Buford, which means same-week kickoff and a partner who actually drives past Gary Pirkle Park on the regular.

What your HVAC company website actually needs.

We've built HVAC company website for Gwinnett County hvac companies — these are the things that move the needle.

Emergency call CTAs on every page

When a customer's AC goes out, they want to call. Sticky mobile call button, large tap targets, no scrolling required to find the phone number.

Service area pages for every neighborhood

Separate landing pages for each city/neighborhood you serve so you show up for 'AC repair [neighborhood]' searches. We build these from a template — no extra cost per page.

Financing offer above the fold

Most replacement-unit calls hinge on financing. We put your financing partner's offer where buyers see it before they bounce to a competitor.

Schedule-online form with same-day callback

Lead form that goes straight to your dispatcher's phone. Faster response = higher booking rate.

Trust signals (reviews, badges, certifications)

Google reviews, NATE certification, BBB rating, manufacturer warranties — all surfaced visibly. HVAC is a trust business.

Serving hvac companies across Sugar Hill.

Wherever your hvac company sits in Gwinnett County, we build for the way Sugar Hill customers actually search.

Apparel · Headless Shopify

A Black-fatherhood apparel brand out of metro Atlanta with a federally registered trademark, whose own store was publishing a Kentucky street address and two “+777” phone numbers — the theme’s demo placeholders, never replaced — and an Instagram link that pointed at the theme developer. When his developer went unreachable we took over the Shopify account and went headless: the storefront reads his live catalogue from Shopify and hands the bag to his own checkout, so tax, shipping, payment and orders stay his. Every address in his old sitemap redirects to its new home. The violet was sampled from the pixels of his logo rather than chosen, and the catalogue was cleaned on the way in — “Copy of” titles, two garments listed twice, and years-old compare-at prices that are carried in the data but never shown as a sale. First-time visitors meet an opening screen whose dividing line is the brand’s own jingle drawn as a waveform; pressing Enter starts the song and splits the screen open along it.

Greenwood Venue

Event Venue · Guest Book & CRM

An event venue on Greenwood Road just west of Shreveport, whose two web addresses both walked visitors into a blocked page — and the region’s official tourism bureau still publishes the dead one on her listing, beside her correct phone number. The break was not where anyone would look for it. GoDaddy’s forwarding service owned two of the three addresses the domain was answering with, which is why those records could not be deleted from the DNS panel at all: the delete button stays greyed out until the forwarding rule itself comes off. Round-robin meant roughly two visitors in three were being sent into the redirect while the third reached the site fine, which is exactly the kind of fault an owner checks once, sees working, and stops checking. What replaced it publishes no capacity and no starting price — the opposite of every other venue site in the market — and says so on the page, because neither number means anything before someone knows your date and how you want the room laid out. Her own previous site had described that room in her words for seven unbroken years, down to two named ballrooms, one of them overlooking the pond that really is there behind the building; none of it appears, because it was last published in 2025 and nobody has confirmed it since. It sits gated in a sixty-phrase list that fails the build. The real work is the guest book: everyone who walks into one of her event days signs in, ten seconds on a tablet at the door or on their own phone from a printed QR sign, which enters them for the door prize and leaves her a list she owns — a contacts screen that folds a repeat visitor into one person across every event, and a push alert on her phone the moment someone asks about a date. That alert is sent even when the database refuses the row, flagged as unsaved, because in that case it is the only copy of the lead.

A. Nykohl Entertainment

Talent Management · Event Production

A talent-management and event-production company working Dallas–Fort Worth and East Texas — film, stage plays, concerts, brand partnerships — built as a black-and-gold room after hours, with the type set in wide-tracked capitals like the stencil on a road case. The gold was measured rather than chosen: sampled from the lit pixels of her own logo, band by band, after the accent colour printed on her brief turned out to be our intake form’s default rather than anything of hers. The whole site runs on a fact registry — every line tagged with where it came from, and anything unverified rendering as literally nothing — which is why it shipped with no social links at all until each account could be resolved and confirmed, and why the web address printed on her own moodboard appears nowhere on it. That domain does not exist: no registry record, no DNS, no certificate ever issued, not one capture in the Internet Archive. It now sits on the banned-phrase list that fails the build.

PT On-Demand

Concierge Physical Therapy · Mobile Care

A Houston doctor of physical therapy who drives to the patient — pelvic health, post-op recovery, dry needling and manual therapy, in the living room or the office rather than a clinic, paid directly with no insurance in the middle. The site is built on a fact registry: every claim on the page is tagged with where it came from, and anything unverified renders as literally nothing. That discipline is why it shipped for weeks with no button anywhere on it — until she supplied a working phone number, a dead call-to-action was worse than none, so the code returned null and the closing section simply did not exist. The research paid for itself once. Texas lets a physical therapist treat you without a physician's referral, and the state board's own published FAQ says the limit is ten or fifteen consecutive business days — so we read the enrolled bill instead, and HB 4099 had already moved it to thirty consecutive calendar days, effective September 2025. The regulator's explainer was a year behind the regulator's statute; she knew her own scope and her website can now say so. Her patients' words are on the page as typeset text rather than blurred screenshots, with the former practice and every colleague unnamed — and the two reviews that praised her alongside a coworker were left out of the featured quotes entirely rather than excerpted into sounding like they were only about her. The mark is her own idea, redrawn as vector: a house open at the threshold with a figure walking through it.
