Account & data deletion

Delete your account.

Choose your app below. For each app you have two ways to permanently delete your account and all associated data — in-app or by email. Both routes are processed by the same team. There is no charge.

Barbershop booking

BladeBook

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open the BladeBook app
  2. Go to Settings — barbers tap the Settings tab; customers tap Profile, then the gear icon
  3. Scroll to Legal & Support and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm. Your account and all associated data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Email request

Can't access the app? Email help@bladebook.app with the subject line "Delete my account" from the email address registered to your account.

We process email requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Profile information (name, email, phone number, avatar)
  • Bookings and appointment history
  • Saved payment methods and payment history
  • Uploaded photos, reviews, loyalty points, and rewards
  • Preferences and account-level settings

Recipe Pilot

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Recipe Pilot app
  2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm. Your account and all associated data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Email request

Can't access the app? Email help@recipepilot.app with the subject line "Delete my account" from the email address registered to your account.

We process email requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Profile information (email address, name, avatar)
  • All saved recipes and recipe history
  • Daily usage history, streaks, and preferences
  • Premium status and account-level settings

What this does not delete

Active App Store or Google Play subscriptions are not cancelled when you delete your account. Manage and cancel subscriptions directly in your store account (Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). Otherwise you will continue to be billed by the store.
